Warranty, Terms & Conditions

 
All new Expobar Espresso Machines are covered by a 3 year parts warranty unless otherwise agreed before sale. All second hand goods are covered by a 3 months parts unless otherwise agreed before sale.
 
All Macchiavalley equipment comes with a standard one year parts and labour warranty. The cost to extend this is £800 per year for years two and three. The service work on this equipment may be carried out on site or on a back to base basis in our workshop
 
Coffee Queen equipment comes with a parts only warranty.
A labour warranty can be added at an additional 10% of the recommended retail price. The service work on this equipment may be carried out on site or in our workshop on a return to base basis.
 
All new Jura goods are covered by a 1 year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise agreed before sale.
All second hand goods are covered by a 3 month parts unless otherwise agreed before sale.
 
Water & More Filtration water treatment units are supplied with a lifetime warranty covering faulty manufacture. Installation of a water treatment unit will reduce, if not eliminate, scale related problems providing that the units are exchanged at the appropriate intervals.

Items not covered by warranty

1) Problems due to water supply which include but are not limited to the following:-

a) Contaminated water, which may arise for example, through water board repairs on or nearby the buyer’s premises.

b) Hard water problems that cause lime scale build up in the boilers, thermoblocks, probes, valves or internal pipe work.

c) Water pressure problems when the pressure is above 3 bar and no regulator is fitted.

2) Operator problems including but not limited to; loss of or damage to external and removable parts. Foreign objects introduced intentionally or accidentally into the equipment.

3) Replacement of wearable parts, i.e. Grinder, brewing unit, further kit, group head gaskets, steam arms. These parts are subject to wear and tear through usage. The buyer should note that the life of these parts can be considerably extended by regular cleaning of the equipment and setting of the grinder as per operator instructions.

4) Cost of replacement water filters or the regeneration cost on Water treatment units.

5) Damage to goods in transit that are not reported within three days of the goods being signed for.

6) Damage to equipment by the use of non Crem International recommended products on the relevant equipment.

7) All items remain the property of Crem International Ltd until paid for in full.
