We provide cradle to grave support on all our machines with our unique and efficient teams of in house and external engineers. Equipment and service aside , our personnel are all team players with their individual skills combining to provide true excellence across all our internal departments.

The photographs that you see show our Customer support department and our Jura Service department which is an exact reproduction of our facility in Switzerland.

Our aim is to return all your coffee machines to you with a clean bill of health and having had the benefit of automatic descaling, multitank cleaning and state of the art computerised symptoms analysis. Our super clean operating environment and advanced equipment will help us get your machines back to you in double quick time and physically fit enough to cope with the rigours of every environment.
